This was my first time going to Electric Forest and I honestly can't say enough great things about this festival!!
I ended up going with a group where I only new one person (and I didnt even know her that well) so, I was a little nervous going to a festival with people I was just meeting. And I must say I truly met my soul family on this trip! Everyone was so welcoming, funny, and caring and those are the best traits to have in friends especially rave friends!
The venue itself was better than I even imagined! I literally felt like a fairy frolicking through the forest! You can explore the forest everyday and still find something new you haven't seen before. The displays, artistry, and time that went into this venue is so apparent, it makes the festival experience as a whole 10x more enjoyable!
In regards to the crowd/people that go to EF, I felt so safe and comfortable here even with strangers. At EDC for example, I am constantly checking to make sure none of my belongings were stolen while at EF, I didn't have that same fear. (Granted still make sure your items are secured at any festival but, the vibe here felt more safe in my opinion)
This is has taken the cake for being my favorite festival hands down with Lost Lands coming in at a close 2nd <3
